What data we collect
When you submit the contact form on this website, we collect the following information: your name, organisation name, country, operator type, email address, and any message you choose to include. We do not collect any other personal data through this website.
How we use it
Your data is used only to respond to your request and assess whether ReuseScan is a suitable fit for your operation. We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. We do not use your information for marketing without your explicit consent.
Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained for 6 months and then permanently deleted. If you become a ReuseScan client, data related to your reports is retained for the duration of the service agreement and deleted within 30 days of its termination.
Your rights
Under GDPR (Regulation EU 2016/679) you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. You may also request that we restrict or stop processing your data. To exercise any of these rights, email nikaracha.planet@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
